Saturday we got to go to the temple. It was the first time we have been since Case was born. It was fun to be there and to get to feel that close to heaven again. The grounds were beautiful and the fall trees are gorgeous. We also saw some geese roaming next to the parking lot. It was a really good day.
The stake center next to the temple was really big and old. It even had a courtyard inside. Was a really cool building.
After the temple we went looking for a place to eat lunch and we found this mall that was massive! There was a sky walk across a 4 lane road to get to the other half of the mall. It was nuts. Of course not only was it huge but it was expensive! It was only expensive stores. Like $100 for a shirt. And it had valet parking! What kind of mall has valet parking.... oh Detroit Michigan, you are NUTS!

It's so wonderful getting to the temple! It makes it so special when it takes a lot of extra effort to get there with a little one. Who watched Case while you guys went? I know what you mean about expensive malls.. The cheapest store here is Gap.
I miss you Brookeee. Why did you have to move so far away? I think your little man is adorable! i can't wait to see the Halloween pictures :o)
