Making Monkey Pops

First bake a regular box cake mix. Allow it to cool then crumble and mix with a regular can of frosting. Then roll them into balls.

I flattened the balls and then used these candy melts as ears for the monkey. I just stuck them right in the sides.
I put the balls on sticks then out them in the freezer for about 20 minutes. I pulled them out and dipped them in milk chocolate. Then I used fondant to make the faces.

And white chocolate chips for the eyes. Then I iced the rest of the face with black frosting.
